@Addison 1 thing you should know about the game first, it get updates alot i think its about 40-42 gigs atm, but wierd part is they just add more and more dinos, and don't fix the performance isuess, so it runs kinda bad, but it depends on the rig you have ofc. But otherwise its a really fun game to play with friends

There is one fun little tip i can tell you if you put alot of points in "Melee Strength" don't go around punching with your bare hands alot since the dmg may reflect to you to, say for example you hit a tree and if you have really high "Melee Strength" you might 1 hit the tree but also knock yourself out. But if you use a weapon then ure fine. Im not sure if it works this way anymore... Also speed is really usefull to level, run further with less stamina and eventually you can outrun Raptors <- Beware of Raptors, they are really annoying if you don't have bolas

It should be like a normal server, if the server uses the specific mods then I think you need to download them to be able to join the server or errors might happen
