Love it get concept if I could do one thing to it I'd put a little R design on the front upper left hand side.  Just personal preference I love the big design on the back and it spelled on of sleeve but always like a little something on the front of my shirt.

I agree, a logo on the front would make this even better. The design is already pretty sweet, but it's lacking impact on the front by just being blank. It needs to at least have something there in my opinion.
