Hard to believe it is that time again, but Weatherstock is upon us! I'm not as familiar with it as @Elisel and probably @Daizey, but if I'm not mistaken it is a huge concert of sorts, sort of a battle of the bands on the Landroval server. Yea I mentioned that last night in TS to @Venator. It's the 10th anniversary of the event which was originally started by Lonely Mountain Band kin on Landroval. It's huge, day long fun of music, dancing and food. I've gone a few years, in fact six years ago was one of the band entries. That was a ton of fun! I'm in the middle of a play I direct opening this weekend so likely can't make it. But I strongly encourage folks to go. It's at Weathertop and don't worry if you are low level, they provide escorts As an aside, I really recommend you check out the website for LMB On the right hand side, one can stream The Ballad of Aiglos, an original piece by one of the founders of LMB. In fact, if you search for Lonely Mountain Band, you will find a lot of his stuff. Neat thing about the in game music system and how it incorporates into roleplay.

I saw your sleep question and I have a really weird suggestion. When I can’t sleep I play the game Plague Inc and I have the auto pop bubbles mutation. Since I always infect the entire world before making symptoms it’s just me staring at a game playing itself for a long while. I’m not thinking about whatever was keeping me up and I’m usually asleep before my virus (named Trump) makes it to Madagascar. hope this helps

Wow just discovered the club section! I'd like to toss out for Sci-fi the new Star Wars Thrawn Book by Timothy Zahn. Zahn is IMO the best Star Wars writer and his new series putting Thrawn back into the EU has been getting great reviews. Sounds like fun, but unfortunately this weekend is probably tied up completely with family stuff. Our nephew’s 2 year old son died yesterday, and since the boy’s family is only about 2 hours away, we’ll be visiting with a lot of folks in the next few days. We still haven’t learned why he died. He just got sick, our nephew’s ex-wife took him to the hospital, and the poor baby died.
