Okay, so turns out I'm actually a dumb and used the wrong practice dummy for my parse! After working with PWiddy to better understand my build, CP allocation, and how rotations work, my actually current parse is... 25.3k! The ACTUAL screenshot of proof:

Well, this is not good news for us I fear comrades. Best get ready to see certain changes coming to EA games, just hope we only have to watch it instead of enduring it.
