Hi everyone! With November fast approaching, I wanted to start a discussion on NaNoWriMo and see who in RoH is thinking of participating! I think it would be awesome for us to band together and support and encourage one another to reach our word count goals! Even if you're not going for the big 50k, any writing done still counts toward completing your project! So whether your goal is 10k, 50k, or something else, feel free to make an account on the NaNoWriMo website and add each other as writing buddies! That's sort of how it went with my Jolee Bindo fanfic--the fanfic group I was in would poke me if I went longer than a few days between entries and ask "When are you posting again? We want to know what comes next!". That was always fun to see. Of course, I routinely left them on cliffhangers.

There's a gal in the Atlanta Nanowrimo branch who works at the library branch closest to me--she was excited to hear about the idea, too. Small world!

A good run! The first boss wasn't much trouble at all and we definitely have the upstairs mechanic down, as well as the tank mechanic with the shades... we got really close, with our best attempt being 27%! Once we manage the extra centurion adds, I think we're golden... and then we only have three more bosses! Should be a snap, right? Immediately noticeable improvements over last run: We got the first boss down on our third pull. Last run we burned them on our sixth. More consistently nailing the upstairs mechanic and the shade mechanic, which led to... ...our best attempt was 27%! Last run... 78%. That's amazing!
