I freaking love it so far. About halfway through.
I'm reading Nomad Core by Andrew Seiple which is the sequel to Bunker Core. Andrew Seiple does a lot of LitRPG stuff and can do it really well (see his Small Medium: Big Trouble series) and this has aspects of that genre. Don't be fooled by the cover of the first book (Bunker Core) it is not a fantasy RPG but takes place on a post-apocalyptic earth ravaged by nukes and nanobots gone haywire.
I'm now on book two of The Craft Sequence by Max Gladstone and I have to say that I am thoroughly enjoying it so far. It's got a very interesting premise (or set of premises?) and setting and I really like his writing style. Hard to describe, so here is some more information straight from the author himself if you are inclined to check them out: https://www.maxgladstone.com/2014/09/1364/
In non-fiction land, I just picked up The Good Neighbor: The Life and Work of Fred Rogers
Hi all, just joined the club and thought I'd share since I find it interesting to hear what others are reading as well!
Current audio book: The Price of Valour by Django Wexler - book 3 of his Shadow Campaigns
Current print book: The Inheritance Trilogy by N. K. Jemisin
I saw some other Brandon Sanderson references above - I've just recently finished Oathbringer and have really enjoyed both the Stormlight and Mistborn series.
I'm slowly making a very slight dent in my 'to read' backlog.
2% last time!! It'd be so cool to watch it again in 8 months when @Aravail uploads last week's run
