We got a new modem so it needs my SMS password to log into GW2 but I received a new phone for Christmas and forgot to switch the SMS over.

If you have the original email where they delivered the serial key to you (if you bought digital copy to begin with), that'll help immensely.
If you had purchased physical copy, and still have it, you can offer to procure the physical key to validate you're the actual account owner.
