please start watching videos of these fights between weeks. There is a lot that goes on and long explanations to be had that honestly fall on deaf ears without seeing it. This will help us progress faster. Above are some from various viewpoints. i didnt watch all these personally to assess if they are using the same strategies so pay attention to the mechanics at play and how they are being dealt with. -

untilScions of Destiny Greetings my Scions! We will be gathering this Saturday at 10:00 PM EST on Vestige of Despair Imperial Flagship to adventure into an operation of difficulty. This unfortunately will be our last raid night together as Scions. The reality is that we still don't have interest in the last spot, there are issues with the raid times for some (juggling 3 largely spanning time zones with my schedule is just not working), and most significantly I'm tapped out on my own personal effort in trying to pull people in and keep the group moving forward. While this group was intended to be a more casual approach to progression we aren't hitting that progress side of it and wont without the consistency I spoke of when launching the group those years ago. I know this may be a bummer to some but I'm sadly burned out which is a guarantee we wont get where we need to be. It's been a great run and an awesome few years of imperial raiding! Big shout out and thank you to those who have been here from the beginning ( @KageSennen, @Katalaw, @Aravail, @AidenRhen ) Obviously a big thanks to @Owyn and @Vorn for all their time with the group as well along with all the past Scions out there! As we found out in our ToS VM trial run, we NEED to stats to meet the DPS checks and I imagine heal checks. Get those set bonuses and tacticals! Master Mode flashpoints are your friend!! I will be around still on normal raid nights so look for me or DM me if you are needing to get some gear. People are constantly running MM flashpoints on both sides of the guild so jump in and get those numbers! Just a heads up guys but I'm still missing 2 responses from our regular peeps as well as still no bites on the known 3rd spot. I'm going to be online for raid start but I'm honestly not going to put in a ton of effort to find replacements so we might be canceling at that point. I'll see you all in game later tonight! -

@Aravail @KageSennen @Katalaw @AidenRhen @Vorn - Just want to give you all a heads up that I might have to last minute cancel this one (at least I might not be there so more than welcome to continue without me if one of you wants to take charge in that situation) For those of you who I may not have told, I found out just about two weeks ago that my elderly cat Peter was terminal with some aggressive cancer. The vet told me that I will know it's his time when he stops eating for two days. Welp, as of last night my old man has started to refuse his favorite food and continued that this morning so here we are :( He is pretty much at the day by day stage in his kitty hospice and I for sure will not be up for raiding should I come home to the worse tomorrow. I want to level set this now because with my work schedule, I won't know something like this until I get home which is about 45 mins before raid start time. I'm obviously in a pretty somber mood by all this so please don't take my mood as a reflection of any of you if I sound or come off agitated in our raid. My patience and sense of humor take a huge hit when things like this happen from the exposed nerves and just lower energy levels in general from the sadness. With the heavy out of the way we are still down ONE tank and ONE DPS. If there is a third out there that wants to kinda be on standby just in case I have to last minute dip, LMK! Tagging some peeps: @Cixial @Saal @Kij @Rama @Orig Wrangler We can potentially move some roles around to make things work so let me know if any of you want to come and what role(s) you can bring. We will be doing SM Dxun for the clear and VM prepping via strats. (at least the first few bosses) -

We will be looking at practicing some VM mechanics for making the switch to VM! We are still down a tank so if you know anyone, send them this way!
