I will bump your request to @Donut. Are these toons on another server?

Here is the Code of Conduct on multi-guilding:

      10. Multi-Guilding
When you join our guild in any game, whether that be Star Wars: The Old Republic, Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online or Wildstar, you are not permitted to represent another guild within the same game save for one open exception. This may be for any reason (maintaining personal connections, participating in content RoH does not currently offer, etc).  This exception does not require any type of approval or explanation, but is limited to a single character and a single other guild, which must both be declared in this thread.  The exception can be changed from one character or guild to another as long as a one week advance notice is given to the current Division Commander, in order to prevent rapid turnover [e.g. we don't want someone being in another guild with whichever character they happen to be logged in on at the time, or switching between multiple guilds every week].  The original character must be returned to RoH or unguilded before the notice is given.

Note that in GW2's and ESO's case, this means that your account may be associated with other guilds (for networking, map organizing, etc) but that only one character (the declared character) may ever represent another guild in GW2 or not wear a guild tabbard in ESO (instead representing / wearing the tabbard of the declared guild).

The declared character is not required to be a part of the declared guild, it is simply allowed to be.  It may, as with any other character, remain unguilded (in GW2's case, representing no guild and in ESO's case, wearing no tabbard) or be a part of RoH (represent RoH).  Any character participating in an officially scheduled departmental event with RoH (e.g. PvP night, operation, dungeon, etc) must be wearing the RoH tag, unless there are no other RoH members available/interested.

In addition to the open exception, members are permitted to have one or more personal banking guilds in GW2, or one or more trade guilds in ESO, which must be declared in this thread.  Banking / trade guilds are to be used for no other purpose; in GW2, any characters in a banking guild or representing the banking guild may do so only to access the bank itself.  In ESO any characters in a trade guild must still wear the RoH guild tabbard unless the character is the one exception.  Defunct guilds in GW2 may be used as banking guilds only so long as they are truly inactive (i.e. any other members log in less than once a month, or are removed).  Multiple RoH members may share the same banking guild.

This policy does not, however, prohibit you from being an RoH member in one game and a member of a different guild in another.  If you wish to leave any division of RoH without leaving the community entirely, you must send a PM to your Division Commander and the EC stating this intention, and may not rejoin that division for thirty days (subject to EC approval and stipulations).

As I read it, you could have one toon in one other guild (either your family's or the other one you run ops with), but not both. You could have one additonal toon in an inactive 'guild' that is used purely for banking. This is to maintain the security of our guild members and assets, and we hope you can understand this restriction.

This does not mean you cannot run ops with the other guild. You are always welcome to PvE with other individuals and guilds!

I hope that clears it up, and Donut may have more to say on this one. I hope that isn't a deal-breaker for you, but as someone who also games with her family in MMOs, I can understand if it is.

Please let us know if you have other questions.

Jae said it perfectly, let us know if you have questions.

Well the family guild is inactive really my boys haven't been playing lately, and my husband and I both have 2 toons in it... toons that aren't even level 65. Toons that I haven't even played recently.

if I need to put all of my toons in the guild I have 9  or 10 more then that would need invites....
