Lol Viking's Bay definitely keeps you on your toes but its not too bad. I'm worried that if the starting area is this dangerous how bad the rest of the map is.

I jumped on for a bit last night for the first time. Hadn't played the Ragnarok map, spawned into the "Recommended" spawn area and was greeted by an Allosaur pack and a Rex.... Got me a little shack setup. Have to get used to official harvest rates from 3x on my server. Are the taming multipliers adjusted at all? Hoping to tame a trike tonight if I have time.

I was curious as to how many Ark servers RoH runs. I like playing Ark casually and currently run my own self-hosted dedicated server. What are the setting multipliers, map and such? I typically don't have time to play much and have the settings around 3x for XP, 10x taming, 3x harvesting. I run S+ on my server as well. I have never played before and thought it might be fun to play with others for a change.

Only 104 so far. I got it awhile ago when it was on sale and just recently got into it after setting up my own dedicated server, I don't like PvP and I don't have any friends that play. I had difficulty getting into it at first but I found a good YouTube channel and it helped out a lot.
