I've been tweaking the letter, and I'm happy with it....although I'm one of those that will probably keep playing with lines.

Hello my love,

It has been a long time since I've seen you last. Has it been a 1000 lifetimes yet? Will it be a 1000 more before we meet again? I miss you so, and I want you to know that I'll never stop looking for you. 

What is fire without warmth? What is a sun without light? My universe has light but no warmth. What is a world without gravity? My worlds are populated with billions of souls, and yet I'm alone without you. What am I without you? 

In a sea of a trillion souls you're my beacon of light. You're the brightest candle in the darkest room. You're my hope when all hope is lost. You're my calm in the storm. You're the fire that burns inside me on a cold winter night. You're my oasis in a heat scorched desert. You're my daydream inside a dream. You are my S.O.S., my silver-lining, my 4 leaf clover, my passion, my love, my destiny, my universe....you are my one and only.

Where are you? I close my eyes and listen to hear your whispers on the wind in a chaotic storm of unending voices. Telling me that I am not alone and solitude is not the only destination left. We don't travel the wide road, or the road less traveled. The path we follow is not on a map as it is lost in time. The only way to see is with eyes closed, and the only way to follow is by feeling. One day we shall meet in the middle, and the path will reveal itself as it ignites in flame lighting the night sky.

I see you, my love. Staring into your sultry eyes, I see deep into the windows of your soul. A river of colors and emotions, hopes and dreams, echoing whispers of lives gone past and days yet to come for us. A revealing reflection of who we are, and what we can be. Your smile so inviting even the saddest person would smile back knowing that for a brief moment they have been touched by an angel. I see you. 

If one is the cause, the other is the effect. One is never far from the other.
Two songs, one melody. 
Two voices, one harmony. 
Two minds, one thought. 
Two hearts, one pulse. 
Two bodies, one soul. 
Two dreams, one vision. 

And I have seen you in my dreams. I know you're out there, somewhere....but where? Are you somewhere on this ball of dirt we call Earth? Are you somewhere out there among the stars? Could you be on a different dimension, where you can only reach me in my dreams? If that is the case, then I'll become a master of dreams! And create a world in which we can live together, even if it is only while I sleep. 

How could time have passed so quickly? And if its my time to go and still I have not found you. It was a life worth living as I spent it in search of you, my lost treasure. Worry not my love, our next life could be the one!

Funny thing, I usually have my best ideas/writings when I'm half asleep. But at 430 am and up for 20 hours I just had this idea and started writing. I feel like its unfinished, but I think its a fairly good start. Tag others if you think they will enjoy reading it. I'd love to hear what you think.
