Jaark, all these talking points are a good start. I'm on board with picking leaders for different content, but I'm not sure the game is big enough for this, or rather not much "meat" in said activities, unless those of us that want to do the raid and its wings, and maybe do trials of the nine.
As for TS or Discord, I'm OK with whatever honestly. TS is RoH's main voice coms so most of us will already have access to it, but if we start getting new members we may need to address this again as Discord seems to be a very popular tool that is used by it seems everyone.
The only question I really have is you want to mimic RoH's policy for members. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought because D2 is part of the Casual games section, it is outside of these rules. If you want to keep the code of conduct I totally agree with that, but as far as keeping the process intact for joining RoH's community I think that might be a little much. I can only speak for myself while I didn't like the joining process I stuck it out and did everything that was required of me, because I had too many friends that were in the community already and they wanted me to join, and I truly think it benefits the main divisions. If I was a random that happened across RoH and was told there is a two week joining process I would have been like nope, not for D2 a game that caters to casualness, which isn't a slight to the game believe me I like the way the weekly milestones are set up, most of which can be completed solo.
Sorry if this was to long and repetitive.
