Anyone looking to join the fitness bandwagon for a New Years resolution? I maintain my weight fairly well due to my job having me on my feet constantly, but I’m noticing some muscle tone loss and just all around flabbiness. I’m mainly posting here to hold myself accountable for some changes. While I’ll never go full vegetarian diet, I do want to begin incorporating more plant based proteins into my diet and more meatless meals. Anyone have yummy recipes with no heavy sauces and such? I also will be juicing more as a meal replacement (I add unflavored protein powder to it for the calories and of course... protein). I also know it unrealistic for me to completely cut carbs so I’ll be allowing myself one carb serving per day. As far as activity, I’m beginning (again) a C25K routine on Saturday for 3 days a week and a at home HIIT workout for the days I’m not jogging. I think I’ll go ahead and sign up for a late spring 5k to make myself keep it up. I don’t want to go all out in the beginning, because I’ve normally felt burnt out or overwhelmed in the past. Anyone have any pointers or advice to give? Much love to you all

I’m not picky at what we decide to do. I get off work at 5:30 CST, but normally leave about 6. As long as there isn’t an emergency, I’ll be there!

Jaskra!! I finally fixed my computer and was able to logon to ESO; however, I saw I was kicked from the guild. So I logged on the forums and I when I saw this post, I remembered you! You were so helpful to me in the game. I don't know what happened, but I hope everything is ok and I'd get to talk to you again soon.

I was a month off from giving birth to my beautiful daughter at the time of mOUs3y's reply !
She was born Sept 5th and is heading on 4mths after the 1st of the year!
I ended up not playing this last year because I was very sick while pregnant.
Most forms of gaming caused motion sickness and when I finally got over that I had severe carpal tunnel due to swelling. So I ended gaming very little while I was pregnant. Now I'm just trying to keep up with my little squish, not much time to game a result still. I hope this finds you well!
