1. Actually use my gym membership instead of paying 20 a month for nothing.
2. Figure out how to workout.
3. Lower the amount of vaping that I do.
4. Cook my own meals, because fast food is terrible and expensive.
If anyone has any advice for me I'd really appreciate it. Like I barely know any workout routine and always end up just using the treadmill because that's basically the only thing I know I can do properly without destroying my body. Also looking for nice meals I can cook without much cooking knowledge and can make for just one person, or can store as left overs any help would be greatly appreciated.
