When I was a teenager, all I did was play video games. I got my life in order around senior year by starting to run around my block (.25 miles). Over time I got better and today I am knocking out a routine that would demolish younger me. Post up what you are doing and what goal you want to hit. Maybe you'll see a workout you want to try!

I want to increase my 3 miles into 4 miles runs. I believe Terry Crews does 5 miles a day, so I am shooting for that.
