Twice now I’ve had trouble leaving Cyrodill from a wayshrine. I wasn’t at a Transitus Hub, a common mistake. The problem I was having is I was trying to port to a home, rather than another wayshrine. I don’t know why it doesn’t work from Cyrodill but does when done from other wayshrines.
