Flaws:

1. Friends in High Places / As an Eye of the Queen, Kalanar is completely beholden to Queen Ayrenn of the Aldmeri Dominion.

2. Zealot / Kalanar's dedication to Queen Ayrenn's vision of the Aldmeri Dominion is absolute. Though he doesn't mind talk belittling the Dominion (he would be the first to admit its flaws), speaking ill of the idea behind its creation, or of the Queen herself, is certain to draw his ire. 

3. Meddlesome / Kalanar always wants to know everything about everyone around him, and not just due to his line of work. He possesses a deep-rooted desire to understand what makes each person "tick", and will pursue that desire even if it means delving into topics others find uncomfortable or private.

4. Xenophobic / Though not openly hostile to any particular race, Kalanar sees men (Nords, Imperials, Redguards, etc.) as children in need of the guidance of the older races, namely mer.
