Flaws:

Idealist: Velsrad is a Tribless. One who travels throughout Black Marsh and beyond aiding all Argonians. Because he has no tribal claim he serves as a neutral and will aid any Argonian regardless of politics. If a decision conflicts between Argonians and others Velsrad will choose the side of the Argonians, regardless of the consequences.

Stubborn: Once Velsrad has made a decision there is very little that can be done to dissuade him. Velsrad holds a tight code that he follows rigorously and does not hesitate to make decisions that can negatively impact others if he belies they are correct.
