a. Plays the vossa-satl – it helps to calm him down when he’s overwhelmed. Also, in times of great battle with his exhaustion, tactile engagement keeps him awake and alert.
i. He will play and read his studies and the same time, taking breaks to coddle the frogs living within the instrument.
Total points: 18 (13 remain)
Flaws:
1. Deep sleeper: He battles near-narcoleptic tendencies, oftentimes causing him to oversleep or have irregular sleep patterns.
2. Driving goals (two-fold)
a. Defeat Yissar – a Templar who shuns study of the dead and any “arts” or “sciences” of the dead. The Templar stopped Ah-Dar and a fellow student from taking corpses from a sepulcher for study. The three faced off and Yissar had his blade to Ah-Dar’s throat, only to spare him. Ah-Dar saw this clemency as weakness and vowed to end the Templar.
b. Defeat death – Ah-Dar does not want to rely on the folk tales of his tribe for the hope of reincarnation. His mind is filled only with his own memories and not of any past lives. He hopes to escape death entirely.
3. Necrophile – obsessed with the dead and gaining power over death.
a. Why? Morbid curiosity and a fantasy to live forever outside the Hist.
