RP Night - Remnants Acquisitions

Saturday, May 19th, Remnants Acquisitions regular meeting, the Tavern, Remnant Base ((AKA the Guild Hall)), 8 PM - 10 PM Eastern. 

Act I of our new story arc, "Strings in the Shadows" begins. 

I ask for your close attention and cooperation during the RP portion of the evening. 

If absent, fear not!  Important plot points will be summarized in the After-Action Report and in future mission briefings. There will be no quiz (well ... probably not). 

For tonight's mission level 80 is required.  If you want to RP with Remnants Acquisitions but can't meet the requirement tonight, contact @Sim the Ineluctable or @SirenRae and we'll find a convenient time to RP with you during the week.

You may recall we ventured to Silverwastes earlier (( https://www.remnantsofhope.com/boards/index.php?/topic/32315-gw2-rp-event-rp-saturdays-8-pm-est/&do=findComment&comment=397475 )) to determine the truth about rumors of "Bad Remnants."   These proved to be bandits led by a mysterious female human who appeared to have lured us there for a dual purpose -- to trap and cripple agents of the organization, and to "negotiate" about some topic.   Our success in dealing with the trap cut short the negotiations.  Efforts to obtain further information from the survivors were largely unsuccessful although some documents were retrieved, the most interesting of which are still encrypted.  The bandit's leader proved to be a skilled mesmer and avoided capture, although not defeat.  

Tonight we return to Silverwastes where the bandits have returned to plague local skritt and Pact forces.  Our primary goal is to extract more information from them.  I am curious to know why their leader thinks we would negotiate with her for anything. 

Humans have a saying about curiosity and cats.  Charr do not.
