So I had this really good plan bc my dad said I couldn't start reapplying until Tuesday so I went in and was bothering my brother and finally when my dad was like "don't you have anything better do to" I was like "no I can't reapply until tomorrow" and now I have to wait until Wednesday.

A better answer to your dad's question, should have been. "Yes, dad. I'm bothering my brother." And at which point you should have then pointed your index finger, right in front of his nose, (without touching him) and see how long before he swats at your hand to move it away, and then at which point you just point your index finger again at the side of his face, arm, etc.
