I haven't been as active on the forums as of late, but I still play league actively.

The RoH club hasn't been as active, but there are still a few members who hop on once in a while.

For sure! We have our a 'Club' set up for RoH called League of Hope. If you'd like I can add you as a friend (My username is eXephemeral) and then add you to the club.

League of Legends finally has crafting!

I personally love how LoL is developing not just as a MOBA, or an ESport, but also expanding into the realms of MMO's with the recently added ability to form Clubs (Guilds) and now also crafting!

For those who have not yet heard about it, LoL now enables you to craft/earn temp/permanent skins, skin wards, champions, summoner icons and other cool loot. Basically whenever you or someone on your pre-made team earns a S-/S/S+ rank on a champion after a game then you will receive a chest. Wins give you a chance to be rewarded with a key or key fragments to unlock these chests. The keys needs to be assembled in order to be able to open up the chest you've earned. The chests provide either two kinds of essence, champ/skin shards or gemstones. Essence is used to craft or enhance shards into the loot/rewards mentioned earlier. Shards are a bit dynamic in that they can be grouped to re-roll into higher/permanent loot or be disenchanted into essence. Gemstones are the rarest of them all and can be used to get a quick combination of a key/chest along with a high probability of attaining another gemstone. They are also poised to become even more pivotal in the future for crafting as this system expands.

Hello all!

For those of you who are active in league of legends you may all know that today Riot decided to introduce Clubs into the game which act essentially like guilds. There are many benefits of these clubs, as there are for many MMO's, but above all the biggest benefit is to be able to play with one another on a more organized level. 

Besides being able to easily party up and reap the benefits of the glorious party rewards, you may also download the new League App that enables you to not only chat it up with your friends, as you would in game, but also keep closely connected to your Club Members in a combined chat channel (like a guild chat!) 

I have created what I would like us to utilize as the official RoH Club, League of Hope, but feel free to create and join as many clubs as you would like of course! I just figured it would be nice for everyone to at least be connected that plays league in our guild. It's also nice to represent RoH as you'll be able to carry around a Club Tag to represent our fine community! 

Please let me know if you would like to join and I'll get you added. Make sure to provide the below information so that I can get you added. Also, if you'd like to provide some basic information, for future reference, on what roles/champs you play then feel free to do so as well!

Yeah I'm definitely shooting for Platinum. Placement matches were good to me and put me in Gold 4. Aiming for that next tier!

For anyone that plays League of Legends, the World Championships start tomorrow and I can only say I am extremely pumped up for it! It's crazy to think that this is how far Esports have come, even to have an ESPN style caster desk along with updates and team transfers etc.
