  1. Not sure where he was Eliian found himself lying on the floor. Seconds earlier he had put two shots into the back of the agent sniper. "Is that the fifth, no sixth time" the smuggler said as he slowly came to. Whatever had happened he felt a small surge of energy followed by a glaring pain in his back, especially in the spot where he had been cut just days earlier.

Popping his eyes above the small barricade the Jedi were brawling in an extraordinarily feat of aerobatics. It would have been art if the two men had not been trying to kill on another. Though a Hutt's verion of art was much more atrocious than this.

The agile agent he had tackled earlier had came to and seemed to be recking havoc. Luckily the sniper was still unconscious. So walking up to the agent he turned his blaster of stun, then fired two shots into the sniper's head.

Eliian did not enjoy killing. Ever since his days with his mentor he had always been taught to Cherise life, and kill only if you life was on the line. In many cases this was not even true since escaping had often been more lucrative.

Through all this heart felt thinking, Eliian had lost track. By the time he looked up Tai was being rushed by the remaining agent. Even with his bust arm the Trooper managed to send a deadly barrage of energy toward the charging Imperial. For Eliian he was afraid it would not be enough. He had seen this man's agility, someone who could easily evade such a thing at such a close range. With his blaster still out Eliian took as many accurate shots as his single medium blaster would allow.

Turing around Eliian could see that his young Jedi companion was injured and slowly being overtaken by Lustak. The work of the fiendish agent no doubt. For now it would be better to help Tai. This way they could both help the Jedi against their angered Sith combatants. So Eliian continued to fire while running towards Tai and the agent.

  2. Taking Tai's well advised suggestion Eliian jumped of the man and did a sliding roll to the nearest pillar. "What was I thinking" Eliian though to himself. A sitting duck is easily shot. This just proved to him how rusty he was in an actual fight.

Taking a revised survey of the battlefield he could see the one Agent subdued by Tai while the other was still taking pot shots at the Jedi then Tai. Bye now Tai had relized this and seemed to be trying to draw the shooters' attention away from the Jedi.

What could he do. From this distance his shots would be more likely to hit a hostage or one of his allies than his target. Then it hit him. Do something you are good at. Eliian needed to silently flank, then eliminate the sniper.

Taking a quick look to make sure he was not noticed Eliian took a quick shot at the last agent then rolled to the side and taped his stealth generator on. Luckily his shot had just glanced the Agent's armor. Giving Tai a chance for a quick barrage if he wanted. Moving as quickly yet silently as he could Eliian went from pillar to pillar. Since his target was wearing some sort of helmet, his best guess that he could see and hear much better than any normal human.

Eliian was almost behind the man, when he nearly broke his cover. The Imperial took all his attention away from Tai, dropped his rifle and then pulled a small carbine out of his pack. Blasting away with all his might at the spot Eliian had been in moments ago. "Stay still, quick sudden movements always get you caught" So the smuggler shimmed his away around the pole directly next to his target. Who was still scanning the area with his, likely, thermal vision. It was now or never. If the man turned around now he would likely see him. So with all his restraint Eliian took two steps forward and placed two shots straight into the man's back. Lurching forward the man fell face forward over the barricade he had been using for cover.

Now out of stealth and looking at Tai, then the Agent, then at his blaster he could see that the man was paralyzed. "I guess I forgot to take it off stun"

  3. The unfolding events were something out of a holotape. Everything was falling apart around them. Elamry dead and Sith taking control over Alderaan. It was sad the the young lady had been deceived. Ignorance and Sith always seemed to find a way to prosper.

Eliian had no experience fighting Sith. He had seen one before. Deceived him on another mission then escaped some mandalorians. Hopefully the others would know what to do. There were others, some sort of agents. Lightly armored and paired with a sniper rife and deadly blade.

Stop. Eliian said to himself. It was time to act, not think. Save Chardri so this planet had some hope. Looking to his side he saw one agent taking shots at them. Another was charging straight at Tai. "Watch out" Running as fast as he could eliian leaped and tackled the raging agent. Caught be surprise the man fell to the floor. He had to do something. If this man had any chance Eliian would be lying on the floor in a bloody heap. So he just started punching. In the face, stomach, chest; wherever he could land a punch. It may not have been effective, but it put a man out of action for a few seconds.

Next he would either be taken by the man under him, shot by the other agent, or ready for the next fight.

  4. Finally they had reached the Rebel camp. Their losses were high for such a tight group. Eliian was happy he could finally get their Leader off of his back. After being relived he sat straight on the ground. Tired, injured they all needed a good rest. Though it would probably not come. Tai had left the group and they could not stop him. Even worse the rebels would likely be knocking at their door in a few days, if not tomorrow.

Then came the enticing voice of Elmary. Even though it was flustered and scared it was comforting. “We must talk and plan our course of action. We cannot continue this life of loss and heart-ache. We belong with our families in Aldera. These corruptors must be flushed out. Will you help us?â€Â

"First, we should all go to somewhere a little more private." Eliian said brashly. "I am not in charge, whatever we decide to do I will help." The princess agreed and they all moved to a warm tent further in camp. It was already late in the night. Hopefully Tai would be back soon. He better be because it looked like some sort of storm was rolling in. If the trooper did not return he would likely freeze to death.

That, however, needed to be put aside for the moment. Right now, They all needed to figure out how to survive. Meanwhile deciding what to do with the corruption in Aldera. If the Remnants were even entitled to make such a choice. Once they got inside Eliian sat down. Hoping to stay quiet while ready to chime in if needed.

  5. " Alright guys, we have to get going. Aldera's troopers will be looking for survivors and if they find us, well you get the picture."

Eliian could not agree more. The sooner they got out of here the better. However, it could be a little harder with the princess over there. Not that she was not fit for it, but because of her friend DOM.

Eliian steeped over and looked at her. She was still crying, even though the man seemed to only be unconscious. "My Lady. We have to get going. I will help you carry him. I am sure he will be fine." Then he looked over at Tai. "We will need your blaster Tai. I can take care of the man." Lifting him up he put one arm over his own shoulder. It might have been painful, but he would be able to walk at a normal pace now. Plus, if they got into a fight he would be much less useful than a trooper with a rifle. Well, at least in this open terrain. So the group started walking. Going as fast as they could carrying an unconscious man.

    .......

It had been several hours since they had left the Rebel camp. It was getting dark and Eliian had no idea where they were going. He trusted Kalor. The Jedi would lead them to safety in time.

While smiling"Do you think we should stop for the night. I am not sure I can carry this man for much longer" He was only joking. They still had some time left before total darkness. They needed to get as far away as possible. Aldera's troops were sure to be close behind. They needed answers, and the princess would be the just the person to give them.

  6. It had not been long when Eliian could not go any further. He had not noticed, but two of the rebels were watching him. They were talking among themselves, yet Eliian could not hear what they were saying. One thing was true. Of the two there was something different with the female. Sure she had the same dirty, roughened look about her though she was different.

"What's your name?" the Female rebel said. It was comforting. It had been a long time since Eliian had heard such a delicate, feminine voice. Most girls were non-existent in his profession. Looking closer his thoughts were confirmed. This girl was extremely beautiful. Then it struck him, it must be Chardi's daughter.

Before Eliian could answer a huge concession bomb hit the site. With one rebel dead the beauty ran off. Looking over to Tai, he seemed conscious and was rushing to comfort the girl. After listening it was clear. She was the princess and they all needed to get out of here fast. Something in particular struck him. "one of you must be transmitting a homing beacon that they have been following! Did anyone give any of you something? A holo-disk perhaps containing information? They’re often used for tracking the holder.†Taking out his own data-pad Eliian was sure it was not his. It would not be possible. His security was too good. He had made the mistake and Bounty Hunters had almost killed him before. It was necessary for the group. Pushing a single button his datapad was wiped, useless. I might cost him, but he needed to get out alive. He threw it into the flames of a burning hut.

"I need to get up." Luckily some of his strength had returned. Picking himself up Eliian was finally able to stand. It might of hurt, but it was possible. Moving rather slowly the Smuggler went up to Tai and the Princess. "I am sorry to interrupt, but we need to get out of here." Looking into the tree line someone was there. It must be Kalor. "No time to waste, I can see Kalor."

  7. Moment after moment went bye. Minutes, hours Eliian did not really know. He guessed that by the constant sound of gunfire it had been seconds. However, in his unfeeling state it felt like hours.

Eliian was helpless. Not even able to pick himself up and move to safety. Slowly he started to feel his body recovering. There was pain. It was a relief. Though no matter how hard Eliian tried he could not get his body to move. If he did where would he go. He was essentially blind. Bye the time all his senses were functioning he feared it would already be too late.

Then out of nowhere a surge of energy moved through the smuggler's body. It was as if all his strength was returning to him. Then he heard a voice. Kalor. This was not the first time such strange feelings and occurrences had happened to him. Ever since he joined the Remnants and had encounters with Jedi many unexplained events kept showing themselves. Was it the force, Eliian knew little of such things. Whatever this strange force was it seemed to always find a way to help him.

Then a flash of light. A world of color sprang into view. A forest that seemed so foreign and aloof earlier was now inviting and benign. All Eliian could do was lay there. Only the throbbing pain pulling him away from his serenity. "I need to get moving." Eliian said to himself. Kalor had said something about moving west. That was what he intended to do.

Pulling himself up with all his strength Eliian was finally standing. "AHH!" Then he collapsed full force into the snow. His body would not be able to take it. Rest was what he needed and was all he could think about. However, this was not an option, he would have to crawl. That or likely die out here.

Eliian started moving, each movement being more painful than the last.

  8. Nothing. That was what he felt seconds earlier. Whatever rebel had subdued him knew what he was doing. Once hit and totally immobile. All Eliian could do was think while the man tugged and pulled him though the snow.

"DAM! This snow got the best of me. In the city I could have evaded these men with little thought."Though the silence of his attacker was unnerving. There was not doubt in Eliian's mind that these were more than common rebels. They way they survived, walked, held their weapons. He had not seen many, but these people looked like trained soldiers.

Still being moved, there was no awareness of where he was going. All he could do was hear. Apparently they had the others. Then something unexpected happened. Alarms started blaring throughout the camp. Women and children screaming, men readying there arms. It was surprising how loud things could be when sound was the only sense you had left.

In a matter of minutes sounds of repulsar-lifts, vehicles could be heard. Supported bye what sounded like hundred of footsteps. This was going to be a short fight. "We need to do something to get out alive. And FAST"

  9. After walking through the forest the Remnants finally saw their first glimpse of the rebel base. Suffice to say it was not what Eliian had expected. It was already extremely cold for him. Living in the city and space he hand rarely ever encountered it. How these rebels lived out here he did not know.

Rebels, it was a strange thing. These people looked more like refugees than rebels. Everything seemed capable of being moved at a moments notice. Even the sentries looked cable in in this blistering cold. They would have to be careful. Luckily this snowfall was a good enough measure to increase their overall secrecy.

    ................

After several minutes of standing in a cluster of trees and bush the three made a decision. Kalor would scout around the surrounding area, Garis would set up an observation and sniping post while Eliian tried to get as close as possible. It would be a new experience. Seeing how the snow impacted his overal cover. After looking over the area Eliian could see that similar but smaller shadows were being made by the trees. It would take a little more skill. The key would be to move from shadow to shadow. Another thing was to be patient and completely still. Many people made the mistake of moving to fast, soon or sudden. Being one of his first experiences in a wooded area it would be very interesting endeavor.

Luckily there were only sentries facing Aldera or slightly off from it. For some reason there was a small cap between towers where it seemed no one was watching. Hopefully he was right. Though there could have been other measures in that very spot.

So far everything had been ok. He had not yet needed to activate his cloak. Then right before moving forward he spotted it. A string of nearly invisible ropes, sensors and some sort of shield. All of them deterring any visitors and sensors from piking up their location. Any further and he would be tied up and sitting directly in the middle of that camp. "This is decent enough anyway" Eliian thought. Truth was that he would not know if any of the sentries were in his view. He could not afford another injury or causality this trip.

Several more minutes went by with little excitement. All the men and women he saw where covered in some sort of fur. As far as he could see their were only a few tents and two other buildings slightly out of view. They were here to save Organa's daughter. How they were going to accomplish that was beyond him. These rebels may not have looked like much to him but Eliian had a feeling they would be more than capable taking on trooper, Jedi and less than capable marksman that was Eliian.

After several more minutes of servaying and observing it was time to head back. Just before he did their seemed to be some sort of movement and excitement among the camp and rebels. Moving back and concealing himself as much as possible Eliian watched. A group of armed men came walking into the village with some sort of prisoner. A bulky man with what looked like some sort of military grade armor. Then it clicked. No one had heard from Tai in awhile. He was supposed to be coming to the same location as the rest of them. Who else in Republic armor would be a traveling around here in the cold of winter. He had to tell the others. Leaving now would might make too much noise, but he had to risk it. Maybe these men would be too occupied with their new prisoner to realize him anyway. So Eliian turned on his cloak and tried his hardest to leave as quickly and silently as possible. Leaving some unfortunate footprints along the way.

  10. OOC- We ditched the prisoner a couple posts ago Kalor)

After Eliian prepped the shuttle for launch he quickly looked behind him. Everyone seemed to be ready to go. There was one problem, he had no idea what he was doing. These controls were very different from his normal flight controls. How hard could it be, I mean this was a civilian transport after all.

Punching a few buttons the shuttle shot out of the bay with surprising speed. "Good thing you guys strapped yourself in. Be prepared for a little turbulence."

Over the next several minutes their shuttle made way. Too anyone watching, the site of a shuttle out of control and going from fast to slow would have been hilarious. Fortunately his companions could not see how much he was struggling. Finding a manageable speed and sticking to it the Remnants managed to make a decent pace towards Kalor's coordinates.

"There seems to be some sort of building, a half a mile or so away. Seems to be in the exact place your coordinates. I am going to stop the shuttle. The way I am driving the whole forest will know we are coming." Slowing down as smoothly as possible Eliian pulled the shuttle into a nearby meadow and started to power down. Meanwhile his companions were getting ready to find Tai and continue into the Rebel base.

  11. Eliian had both thrown the bomb and jumped to the ground without really thinking. It was not until after the explosion that he finally had time to think. Everything seemed to be getting worse. At almost every turn someone had tried to kill him. "Man what is that. Fourth, Fifth time. Maybe I will reach 10 by attempts at my life before this is all over." Eliian said this jokingly. Unfortunately no one was laughing.

Over the next several minutes Kalor had successfully gotten everyone out of trouble. Once again it was up to Eliian and Garis to get to the coordinates Kalor had given them. There was one problem. They still had the rebel with them. Before Eliian could decide what to do with the man Garis had already came up with a solution. "Let's lock him up in one of the estate prisons. If we need to we can take care of anyone in our way."

Eliian thought about it then answered "Good enough" and the trio made their way to the closest prison. Lucky for them Kalor has successfully hid them away from the guards. That and they were likely to be completely occupied with the Jedi that had ran past them on the way to Chardri. Once they made it to the prison Garis burst inside while Eliian held the prisoner. His sneak tactics would be less than successful in an area of the estate that seemed to be tailored against him.

Before he could think Garis kicked open the door and quickly took care of the first guard he saw. With his blaster set to stun the trooper had not intention to kill. Taken by surprise and the quick accurate shots of Garis and Eliian the remaining guards were easily taken care of.

"Let's get everyone into a single cell. We should also hand cuff them just to be safe." they did just what Eliian had said. Several minutes later the two were gone; making their way to whatever coordinates Kalor had given them.

  12. Eliian was standing contently vaguely listening to the cloaked Organa. It was the Jedi's job to explain. So instead eliian tried to keep an eye out. There were still guards after them, and as Chardri had said they could not afford to be seen together.

After awhile the nobleman finally saw the criminal laying under the trees. He wanted to know what was up. Eliian stared at Kalor who nodded. Then he glanced up at Garis. Playing with his gun the Trooper looked in no mood to talk. He occasionally looked around while at the same time watching their captive to make sure he did not wake up.

"Garis and I found this man attempting to send a very lethal drug into the ventilation shafts of your estate. He said he was hired to get rid of me and make it look like an accident. Even more strange was that he said he worked for you." Eliian said all this with a cold and hard voice. It was ike Eliian did not even care that the man behind them had tried to kill him not less than an hour earlier. "That and guards are probably trying to find us at this very moment. If we do not move they will try to kill us all."

Then the smuggler moved over to Kalor. Whispering in his ear "I know the exact location of the rebels base" Then he moved away and took his place next to Garis. Keeping watch and preparing for a fight that he did not want, but was impossible to avoid.

  13. The two men would have to move fast. These guards could be back any minute. Eliian knew that his suspicions of something fishy were true. Having two Estate security come down at just the wrong time was too convenient. They had been followed, who knew where the two went and what force would come back to try to stop them.

This mission was far to important. "Let's move Garis. You carry the prisoner. Make sure you cover his mouth. On second thought knock him out if it pleases you. He does not seem too heavy and I will probably not be able to carry him for very long. That way I can watch out for anyone that might find our activities less than acceptable."

Garis nodded and together the Trooper and smuggler made there way up a flight of stairs. This would hopefully put a spin who ever was following them. Eliian also attempted to look out for anything suspicious from the front and rear.

Traveling for less than 10 minutes the remnants were making there way to the outside of the Estate. Eliian tried to lead them down scarcely used hallways or other secret entries that seemed to be spread throughout the place. Thankfully all this information was on the terminal he had hacked and was now on his datapad. So far everything was going well until Garis suddenly stopped. Maybe it was a message or the trooper's instincts; Eliian did not know. At least he knew that the trooper had his back. Ever since they had left ventilation the man had carried a small side-arm in the opposite hand of their prisoner. Eliian had done the same thing, but instead of carrying his normal medium blaster pistol he held a small hold-out pistol concealed in his right hand. This way people would be less suspicious if they ran into anyone. Holding a pistol in the Organa Estate would not look very good from the perspective of anyone else.

Then Garis spoke... "It is Kalor. He wants us to meat with Chardri Organa at once. Let's do what he says. Try to find somewhere outside the estate, but at the same time hidden from

    view."

"OK! Lets get a move on." Then the two men and their prisoner made their way out of the estate from the help of Eliian's subterfuge and Garis's position with the remnants. Sitting in a small outcrop with the covering of shrubs and flowers. All that was left was to wait for Kalor. Then all the deceit and wonder happening within Aldera would be revealed.

  14. Eliian was hovering over the excuse of a man that they were interrogating. Talking fast, looking away while speaking, this man was probably lying. Of course it probably did not help to have an intimidating trooper and another well dressed man looking over him blasters at the ready. It was assumed that Eliian was probably a little more intimidating. Holding his blaster in a vary nonchalant way while looking bored and disgusted at the man vying for his life. The armored troop seemed to be playing with his blaster; at least assuring that he did not really want to shoot the rebel.

The truth was that Eliian would avoid fighting whenever possible. He did not hate taking someone's life, but he did not love it either. It was better to avoid such things rather than draw unnecessary attention to yourself. A spy, persuader, some might even say actor. Eliian was able to communicate and hide his feelings even under the harshest conditions. That and getting what he wanted or talking his way out of a situation was never really an issue. Of course this was not his best trait. Another by the name of Anson had a spark and charisma that no one could avoid. This smuggler could probably walk and talk his way into a Sith research facility with little issue. All Eliian did was confuse and persuade the scum and villainy of the galaxy; which was not that hard when you are smarter than the lot of them.

Snapping back into reality he could see and hear the rebel continuing to babble on about his small role as a pawn. Then he heard the most absurd thing come out of the man's mouth. "... It was Organa, ok? Organa hired me!†Eliian was about to say something back, but before he could the door to ventilation swung open. Armed and at the ready two Estate security officers were looking over the scene with alarm. Seeing two Remants looming over an injured man was very suspicious. “We heard shots! Explain yourselves!†Eliian Responded "I find that hard to believe. This man was making more noise than the sound of gun fire and you did not even dare to come down here and investigate. For your information your friend was pumping a deadly gas into the ventilation system of this estate. If I were you I would go to my superior officer and tell them what transpired here." The two security personal thought over what the mysterious man said. "Ok, I we will listen. You are lucky that you are with a trooper of the Remnants or else you would be in prison faster than you could do anything about it." Then the two left and seemed to run as fast as they could to wherever their superior officer was located.

"It is hard to find smart help these days. Let's get out of here before more people arrive. Unless you have something else in mind Garis."

  15. As lucky as smugglers were supposed to be Eliian seemed to be having none of it this trip. He had been shot, drugged, and now gassed in a little more than a day. The short, slightingly built smuggler was struggling with all his might to try to reach the exit of the building. It was of no use. Whatever this toxin was it worked fast and strong. He could not move, but Eliian would try his best to stay awake. Maybe someone would come for him, but he doubted it.

Feeling his eyes closing for the umpteenth time a well built man in medium armor picked him up by his shirt. This strange figure was not affected by this gas. Maybe he had a gas mask or was an alien with a very good toxin resistance. Eliian pushed away at the man. He did not want to be taken away. Yelling and screaming sounds at the man, but nothing came out. It was over he was going to die. Either from the dreaded toxin gas or this new enemy now pulling him from the room.

Before he knew it this man had already pulled him down the long hallway outside their room. Slowly Eliian started to regain consciousness and vision. This man was currently placed over him saying “C’mon, Eliian! We’ve gotta get down to the ventilation maintenance room before whomever did this escapes!†Who was his man. Why was he trying to help him. Everything was still extremely blurry. But after 30 seconds he could finally make out the face of the person who had saved him.

"Garis, I am quite surprised to see you. I am guessing you heard my plea." Then Eliian remembered what the Trooper had said "If what you say is true we must get going. Help me up." Garis did. It was tough but manageable. "I am not at my best." grinning. If anything serious came up it would be a problem.

There was not alternative. No matter how bad he felt capturing the person who did this could be a considerable lead. So the two went as fast as possible to the nearest Lift they could find. The lift in which they stood quickly dropped down several levels, bringing them to the compound’s maintenance level where they hurried down the corridor.

It was a small room, luckily to get to the lift one would have to turn the corner. Whoever was down here would not see them arrive immediately. Turning the corner they found a single person, operating some kind of device that was pumping the toxic gas into the vent system. Seeing the two Remnants, the man dropped the hose and pulling a pair of blasters from his belt, firing upon the two men with reckless abandon.

It happened rather fast, but luckily the man could not shoot for his life. Both Eliian and Garis had managed to reach some small cover before any stray bullets hit them. Eliian was not sure what to do. He was still groggy from the gas; some medicine from Garis had helped though not much. Looking over at Garis Eliian gave a small nod. Taking his blaster from the inside of his jacket Eliian pointed at a nearby light fixture. Then he fired hoping it would distract the man so that Garis could get a clean shot.

Fortunately, the man took the bait. Looking over at the shattering glass falling his way the next seconds where his last. Lying on the floor the criminal had a large black mark on both his blaster hands. Moving up slowly and kicking the criminal's two blaster away Eliian said "Lets see what are friend here has to say."

  16. As Eliian continued to crack the data in the terminal as fast as he could all that was coming up was rather useless information. Nothing he could see would help their cause. Then after scanning and breaking some encrypted files deep within the system something interesting popped up.

It was headed "Last Sightings" and had the position of the rebels hideouts. It was valuable but what was even more striking was the clue that it hid. Every two months these rebels moved in a perimeter around the city always 25-32 Km apart. It was following the point of a compass exactly. Then it struck him "Bingo" Eliian said out-loud. This would easily lead them to the location of the rebels of current position. Unless their protocol had changed they would finally be able to make some way into finding the mystery behind the events over the past few days.

These Rebels would be somewhere southwest of the city. He had to tell the others and fast. Swithing through the interface in his datapad Eliian attempted to send Kalor and Tai a message. "This is Eliian I made a breakthrough with the information. The rebels are...." Out of the corner of his eye Eliian could catch a slight glimpse of some sort of gas. Even more so he could smell it. It seemed to be taking the breath right out of him. Try as he might Eliian could not get another word out to send towards his comrades. Then what little bit of consciousness slipped right out of him and he was asleep unaware of the tragedy at hand.

  17. After what seemed like hours of complete darkness Eliian finally woke back up. It had really only been several minutes, with everyone nearly in the exact same place as they were. Except for the fact that they were all discussing what was going to be their next course of action. Eliian had not shown any signs of being conscious. He wanted to see what the others would do, but all he got was a very long and awkward silence. The younger trooper, Tai, seemed to want to say something. However, he was bogged down by his rank. These trooper types were very uptight. Whenever he felt he needed to say something he did. Though they were not unlike himself. Disciplined and quiet most of the time. There was nothing to worry about; jedi were rather forgiving people. Kalor had no problem with anyone speaking their mind. This Tai just could not get it through his head.

Right before Eliian slowly dipped out of consciousness Tai decided to break the ice. He gave a short and sweet explanation on what everyone should do. It had been the most intelligent thing the man had said. Proving his worth after having been poisoned. Eliian did not have to prove his. Everyone new he was not perfect, a freelancer of sorts. Whatever these people thought of him did not matter one bit. Eliian was sent here to help and that is exactly what he was going to do.

"Very nice Tai, I for one agree with your plan. Just as long as you do not tell me how to hack this information." Giving a small wink Eliian was jut playing with the man. Usually he was very uptight and serious. On this mission he thought he would change it up a bit. Plus, all but the Jedi knew who he really was.

Getting up very slowly Eliian made his way to the terminal on the far side of the room. "Good hunting boys. This information will be in your hands faster than you can say Bantha Fodder."

  18. (I am guessing that Kalor can still not post. Also If I do not post today I will be unable to till sunday)

Slowly feeling all conciseness flowing back into his body Eliian lifted his head of the ground. It was a painful endeavor but he needed to see where he was and who he was with. Everything after arriving at the bar had been a complete blank in his memory. Whatever had happened he was fortunate that he was still alive to tell a tale. This string of events had to be one of the stupidest things he had ever done. Drinking in a time when he rarely did was foreign to Eliian. Especially the fact about getting drunk. "Man the pain must have been harsh. I am not much of a drinker so whoever is here I am terribly sorry."

Taking much of his strength to turn over Eliian managed to do so after 30 seconds. Looking around he could see everyone. Tai was laying on the floor next to him, Garis was tending to a body in the corner and Kalor was trying to calm down the entire situation. There was also several places that were in an excruciating amount of pain. His stomach of course, then the place where he had been shot which someone had taken the liberty to bandage. Eliian also felt a continuous throbbing of pain on his head. Lifting his hand to his head there was a rather large bump there. However that had happened Eliian did not know.

"I am finally conscious you guys. Do discard me as a complete idiot yet. I managed to record the entire conversation I had with our mysterious contract." Pulling a data-pad out of his pocket and pushing several buttons. "Here listen"

    [[Recording Start}}

â€ÂThank you for coming,†A slight Pause. â€ÂI cannot stay long. I’m sure I’m being followed, but I had to meet you. The Remnants are in danger. Organa may have invited you here to help, but there are those that do not want your help. Be careful here; do not go out alone, even in daylight, and refrain from eating any food brought to your quarters – it’ll likely be poisoned. Trust no one – particularly House Antaga. They’re up to no good, I’m sure of it."

“Have you figured out the location of the rebels yet? You were given a data-pad with all their details, yes? All you need to find them should be in there.â€Â

"This is all nice for you to say. But why should we trust you? I will convey the information to my colleagues. Maybe they will take their advice and maybe they will not. This whole planet is in a state where it seems no one can be trusted. Your statements prove that further. As for the data-pad I guess we will see when it get's decoded." A slight pause. "House Antaga you say. It has been well publicized that they are likely to be working with Sith. It is no surprise. You know where to find us. You made the first move after all.

A very long pause that goes on for several minutes.

"True, you do not have reason to trust me – nor should you. In time, though, you will see the things I have to say are true.â€Â

â€ÂWhen you find Dominik and his rebels, you will need this ... “.â€ÂHer name is Elmay Organa, Chardri Organa’s late wife and mother of his missing daughter – presumably held captive by Dom and his men."

“I do not believe the rebels are behind these attacks on the city, Mr. Kasche. They are supposed to be a violent band of brigands bent on warfare and chaos, yet their bombings never claim lives; and the thefts and acts of vandalism are never violent in nature. Something doesn’t fit.â€Â

â€ÂI must go. Seek the rebels out, Mr. Kasche. And remember, not all of them are outside the city walls, as I’m sure you’ll remember from when you first reached the city.â€Â

    {{Recording End}}

"You see, this is the best lead we have at the moment. I say we try and go talk to the prisoners at the police station. I am sure they will sur...." And then Eliian again passed out leaving the others to decifer his conversation for the moment.

  19. Everyone was running as quickly as they could too reach the Hangar in time. There was a feeling that they were being followed, directly preceded by way too many footsteps for the amount of people they consisted of. There was no time to look back. If they did not get off this cruiser soon they would be dead.

Eliian was as suprised as Siran that Anson was already there. Even more so after taking a look at the ship he had brought. "That B*st*ard" Eliian said ouloud. "He stole my stinking ship." But at this point it did not matter. At least 50 pirates were trailing after them' attempting to get on his ship. All Eliian could hear of his mates was "Get on Board." These pirates had no desire to die. If they did not get out of here their position would be switched.

When they finally got inside Eliian swiftly made his way towards the cockpit and took a seat. From the co-pilot's chair "You stole my ship you rat. But lucky for you I stole it from someone else." And with that Anson gave a slight smile and quickly left the hangar.

But the fun would not last long. Right out of nowhere the ship was hit by some concussive torpedo. Then another hit. And before Anson or himself could do much of anything the ship went into a swirling spiral towards the surface of Taris. Then hiting the summit of a mountain the ship was completely out of control. Eliian did his best to stay in his seat. While using one arm to hold himself to the chair Eliian grasped a nearby switch that would further help stabilize the ship to descent. It was of no use. Gravity would send them into a mind boggling nose dive straight into the ground.

"Get out of the cockpit" But he was sure that nobody heard him. Then the impacted occurred. He must have been the lucky one since he happened to stabilize himself in the door way. Anson was not so lucky being sent straight thought the view port onto the floor outside. Not soon after what looked like a Trandoshan walked up and placed the smuggler over his shoulders. Eliian was not going to lose the best information broker he had. "Good luck" and with that he jumped out through the window and onto the ground. Since most of the nose of the ship was already embedded it was not much of a fall. He did his best to hide himself while he followed the Trandoshan. Moving slowly behind trees and other tall brush where they had landed. Then moments later a rather strange looking ship could be seen in a clearing up ahead. It was what Bounty Hunters usually flew around in.

Eliian waited for the large reptilian open his ramp. It was quite the risk since the Bounty Hunter could have easily closed the ship's boarding ramp while he was moving up it. However, like most scum and villainy of the galaxy pride and ego ran supreme. Taking the long way to his ship while using some techniques from being tracked also did not hurt. Eliian managed to barely get up the ramp in time.

Once he was inside he could tell that the ship was rather cramped. More of a fighter than a freighter. It was built for firepower, mobility, and staying undetected. It would just make his half-hearted attempt to save Anson easier, if only slightly. Anything to rash or quick and Eliian would compromise both Anson and his own life. There were so many Bounty Hunters in the galaxy this guy could be very skilled or just another average Sky. He suspected the latter seeing both the ship. For now he opened a small closet close to the boarding ramp and waited. Not knowing where he was going or what was in store. "Anson better thank me after this."

  20. Eliian sat in a very dark and deserted bar not far away from the Organa's mansion. He shoulder had barely started to act up. It provided an uncontrollable amount of pain. So far he had ordered some of the strongest alcohol he could find in hopes it would do something for him. If it was anyone else they would have sought out medical attention. Eliian did not trust anyone in this city enough for that; especially after the ordeal he had just endured.

After several hours and quite a few drinks Eliian half drunkenly made his way towards the mansion. All his senses were still in working order. Slightly numbed, but in working order. Some of the pain had also subsided. It was a weird sensation for Eliian, someone who rarely ever got drunk. Hopefully someone with adequate skill would fix his shoulder once he got back to the mansion.

It took Eliian a little longer than he would have liked to reach his room. Everything was very blurry and confusing. "Maybe it was a mistake to start drinking in the first place" Eliian thought to himself. Eventually he did make his way to their chambers. Opening the door he saw the Trooper Tai laying on the floor looking very ill. Speaking in a slur "What the hell happened to you." Garis was standing by a dead body in the corner and Lustask was asking strange questions while Tai drilled him.

By the time he came up to the Jedi everything after was quite the blur. Falling to the floor eliian sat there, unconscious from the crazy night he just encountered.

  21. Eliian sat in the Turbolift with Orden and the other Jedi. It was rather surprising that the lift had been able to operate under the conditions it was in. Then he could have slightly overstated the fact the the lift could only move up a couple of levels. A mistake that Ellian was rather glad of.

So far they had been continually going up and up presumably to the bridge of the ship. There was a slight angle to the ship as well. Eliian could feel it not much earlier. Did this mean that they had entered the atmosphere he did not know; if it was true they had better get off quick. Everyone had been fairly quiet. Even the troopers who normally blabbed up a storm. Orden was particularly quiet, almost as if in a trance like state. Supposedly Jedi went into some sort of meditative state where they could "talk to each other" or something of that sorts. It did not really interest him in the slightest. Jedi were amazing in nearly everything they did so to Eliian it did not matter how they did it.

Then a voice broke the silence "This isn't safe, we need to leave this elevator and this vessel as quickly as we can." It was Orden. Immediately after Orden pressed a control on the terminal; floor 12. Even thought nearly everyone was looking at him in a quizzical manner Orden continued to look at the door. Seeming to never leave the trance he was currently in. Once they reached the floor everyone just exited. Reluctant to do so Eliian followed behind everyone. Suddenly after saying something to the Troopers he moved back in and disappeared from view with another younger looking Jedi. No one could stop him even if they tried.

Moving as fast as they could the Entire crew made there way to the Hangar with Hast. Hopefully Anson would be there. Which was weird since from his knowledge he did not own. Along the way he heard a Jedi called by the name of Sirian say in a mute voice â€ÂI hope you know what you’re doing, Master,†"For everyone's sake I hope so too." Then a smuggler, two Jedi, and a squad of troopers were tasked to escape from a ship slowly descending onto the remnants base below.

  22. Eliian listened to the cloaked male intently. More persuasion was not his intention but Eliian could feel it. More importantly was the information pertaining to Organa's wife and the fact that the rebels were using scare tactics. If they really were intent to destroy this family these rebels had not down so. Whatever these rebels were waiting for it was probably not a good thing. Eliian needed to return soon, he already felt that his location had been compromised. There was also the information he now had. It made him a valuable target; the sooner he got back to the others the better.

After he was finished speaking the stranger swiftly descended into the shadows and into the night. Not soon after a glint of light caught Eliian's eye. There was a bright red dot moving slowly up his body then stopping at his chest. Today was not his day to die and without much thought the Smuggler dived down on the floor. As soon as he did this he flipped a switch rendering him invisible for the time being. Then on hand and knees Eliian crawled slowly towards the shadows trying his best to avoid the lights. He was sure that he had heard several gun shots go off but the adrenaline was surmounting everything. There was also slight stings of pain coming from his shoulder. There was no time to do anything about it.

As fast as was possible to move without being reviled Eliian tried to find crowds to hide himself in. Unfortuantly this was not Nar Shaddaa or Coruscant and there was no one in the streets. Being ever careful he made his way back to the estate. Not knowing who or how many people might be following him. But then it hit him. Doing so could easily put the others in danger. Instead he would go to the closet cantina there was. With that he was on his way. Hoping the others were not meeting the same fate.

  23. Eliian had been sitting in the shadows for quite awhile. Maybe this contact would never come. Such a waste of time eliian thought to himself. But he would wait, it was what he was tasked with. Usually Eliian was not this impatient. Maybe it was the uncomfortable situation they had all been placed under. Everyone was vulnerable, which was something that did not sit well with Eliian in the slightest.

Despise his thoughts Eliian tried keep his cool as much as possible. Moving from shadow to shadow around the garden. This way he would be less easy to find if anyone was looking to get rid of any Republic supporters. When he finally retraced his way back to the place he had started Eliian heard in a mute voice â€ÂThank you for coming,†it came from his side and startled the smuggler a bit. He kept his cool continuing to look forward. It was necessary since Eliian was unknown of what this man was going to do. It was reassuring that he was not trying to kill him. If he had wanted to the cloaked figure could have easily done so by now.

Turning his head to look at the man Eliian saw a fully cloaked Human Male. At least that was what it looked like to him. Wearing a full faced mask and augmented voice it was hard to know for sure. The man looked nervous constantly checking his surroundings. After he did it was clear that the man had chosen to speak to Eliian in a place that would be hard for anyone to see them. Then the man started talking â€ÂI cannot stay long. They’re up to no good, I’m sure of it.

You made the first move after all." Then the area of which the cloaked figure had been standing got suddenly darker. Was he gone or was he standing deeper in the shadow. Eliian decided to stay around for the next couple minutes to see if the man had anything else to say. Then he would go with safe hast to relay the news that had just been given to him.

  24. After awhile of running down the corridor Master Orden ordered a few troopers to scout out the area. After several moments the trooper made his way back clearly completing his task. But their was still so much that could go wrong. Unable to do anything Eliian was swept into the elevator with the rest of them. Before he could even attempt to get out the doors shut and they started moving. Soon after the entire elevator came to an abrupt halt. It had been turned off.

"Damn, we should have never got into this elevator in the first place." Is what Eliian said out-loud. He was trying to figure out what to do and in a couple seconds and decided he should at least attempt to override the lift.

"Move out of the way! I am going to try to jump start this thing. We are sitting ducks and I am not sure about the rest of you but I do not feel like dying today." Working as fast as he could Eliian realized that if he did get the elevator working they would not go far. Something was severely wrong with the lift and all they would be able to do was go up one to two levels up. But while he was working to get the them moving he heard something ding on underneath them. "That is not good. I am trying it for better or worse."

  25. Soon after the message was delivered and the Hologram finished the small team gathered together to interpret the startling news. It was odd, maybe a trap, maybe not. But they really had no other choice. There was a deep need for information and this was the perfect chance. Before everyone started talking Eliian took it upon himself to download the information from the data-pad on to his personal one. He then handed it over to Kalor.

Then Kalor made a suggestion "Ok here is what I am thinking. We need to dive right into all this information and I have jobs for all of you. Eliian I would like for you to meet this hooded figure at said location but be wary this could be a trap, however, I'm sure you are more than capable. Tai I would like for you to start on that computer get everything you can out of it. It may help us with some much needed information. May the Force be with us." To Eliian it was more of a demand than a suggestion. He was no trooper and did not take orders to the exact detail. This was fine, he just hoped that Kalor did not think he would do exactly what he asked of him. Not that he would do anything to endanger the mission if that time came.

Making him the contact was the best choice. Out of all four of them he was the one who was the most unknown. He had given all that he had run into on the planet a false name to begin with. Someone could easily depict a Jedi and the troopers as well if they were not in their armor. What also surprised him was the choice of making Tai hack the terminal. Eliian could have easily bypassed the system and gain the information in probably no less than 5 minutes. But that was fine, it was not like they were short on time at the moment.

"Well I better make my way to the garden. The faster we get a move on the better." Eliian made his way to the turbo-lift and made his descent. Rather than let the people in the house see him Eliian held a button on the door so it would no open. Then he pressed a button on his belt and was made nearly invisible from those around him. Luckily the corridors were generally empty with several security patrols making their routes. Slowly making his way out Eliian made sure that he exited when they were on the opposite side of the corridor. The key was to be aware of his surroundings and wait for key points to move and hide at the right time. This was not too difficult but it required much patience. Finally making his way out the of the Mansion and into the crowed streets. It was hard not to run into anyone and he nearly did several times (several people probably saw his silhouette along the way) but as soon as an alley way came into view he went in and turned off his generator with caution.

Then he continued throughout the city eventually making his way into the lower gardens. Trying his best to was not followed . Eliian could not see anything suspicious thus far. There were very few people here in the Gardens. Once again he stuck to the shadows but this time without his generator on. Looking for a heavily shadowed figure somewhere among the foliage. So far he could not see anyone fitting the description of the hologram but he would wait, as was his task.
