The spell effects didn't obscure Ayo's mid air pose, so you get a strong feeling that she's at the height of the jump. The trees, background character and the spiders right foreleg helps establish scale and perspective. When I cropped them out, Ayo looked like she was floating.-

I really like this one, usually I do some judicious cropping to compose the frame. But this image is unedited, came out really nice.
