    So this is the first year monkey remembers what halloween is really for...i thought it would be a fun age, until it became like christmas and I had jumping on the bed at 5 am saying suns up lets go trick or treat XD

      Get him to write up an official declaration of lost tooth based on circumstantial evidence and then get it notarized. Just let him know that it becomes legally binding and if the tooth loss is found not to have occurred after the monetary transaction takes place he could face perjury charges.
