Haha, thank you! We decided to tear a hole in the wall between the dining room and kitchen to make a pass through, which will also let in a lot more light. Also spent 2 days tearing wallpaper out of the dining room. But it's getting there!

Awww, Trev, thank you! My birthday was good, I ate wayyyy too much homemade cheesecake. But things are good, if not still busy. I'm basically spending the next month slowly winding down various projects so I can get back to a focused few.
