  1. @SilverbladeCheeseburger Eddy would be a great goal. If I could eat cheeseburgers all day and look like that, I would. @Krafted Podcasts or music or nothing. If I get too much into the music I start to breathe with the rhythm and throws my pace off. I wish I was that flexible for Yoga. I understand it really relaxes you.
  2. When I was a teenager, all I did was play video games. I got my life in order around senior year by starting to run around my block (.25 miles). Over time I got better and today I am knocking out a routine that would demolish younger me. Post up what you are doing and what goal you want to hit. Maybe you'll see a workout you want to try! Monday 30 minutes MMA 6 Mile run Tuesday 3 Mile run Arms and Core Wednesday 3 Mile Run w/ 20-pound weight vest and 20 to 35-pound pack 30 minutes MMA Thursday 3 Mile Run Chest/Back and Core Friday Hike with 45 Pound Pack Legs and Core Saturday - Recover Sunday - Recover I want to increase my 3 miles into 4 miles runs. I believe Terry Crews does 5 miles a day, so I am shooting for that.
  3. Cool build. I had the Atlas Rear Bumper on my JK as well. Make sure to tighten the gate pin every month. I noticed mine would be loose after a weekend in the trails or a month of just driving.
