Saturday the 27th of July, at 5:00 PM CST, is the next session of the Call of Cthulhu campaign, Masks of Nyarlathotep, for members of RoH. Play will take place using voice chat in a room of the RoH Discord server, in the Casual Gaming channel.
Play did not occur on the 20th, as I had some family stuff to attend to.
New players are obviously quite welcome. Please PM me if you have any questions, or post them below.

That sounds like a good choice to me.
Edit: I went and checked out some of the reviews on Amazon and Goodreads. There is nearly universal acclaim for this work; many, many five-star reviews. I began to think it was a scam, but it seems absolutely legit, with lots of praise from other writers (always a good sign). -
Just a quick note: I am planning on running a TTRPG for anyone in RoH who might be interested. I posted a poll (in the Games 'n' Stuff forum) of the games I thought would be the best three choices; none of them are D&D, but you guys already have a perfectly respectable D&D game going!
If anyone is interested in participating in a regular campaign, please wander on over and express your preference for the game you want to play the most.- 1

As far as I can tell, there are no Gene Wolfe tiles available for free. Most of them seem to range from 3.99 to 9.99 I am not a member, so I might be wrong. Feel free to check if I am correct.
I would be happy to look up any suggestions in the Kindle Unlimited Catalog to see if they are free.- 1

Ooooooo... I have a commitment tonight. I'll try to stop by and say hello, but I don't know for sure if I will make it.

I wish we could find something available on Kindle Unlimited or an otherwise low cost download, though I am afraid I don't have any particular suggestions. I'm really glad I bought Good Omens though; that was exceptional.
That's a good point. I'll try to see if there are any Wolfe works that apply.
Does anyone else have some suggestions to another author to read?- 1

What genre is that? Afraid I;m not familiar with the author.
Gene Wolfe is an American writer of sf and fantasy.

This is our( @HealingGamer and I) favorite game: Memoir '44. It's a light war game, that combines miniatures, dice, cards, and a board into a single play experience.

Hey, I wanted to know if there would be a book for June. I haven't been a in book club for a long time, so I am looking forward to it.
To start things rolling, I would suggest one of the novels of Gene Wolfe, of whom I am a big fan. Say one of the small ones, like There are Doors, or Home Fires.
That's just to get the ball rolling. I would be fine with anything we chose.- 1

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I will be unable to play today, and am canceling today's session (Saturday the 27th of July, at 5:00 PM CST) .
I am terribly sorry about this, and I hope that this cancelation will not have disrupted your own plans for the day.
