My only advice is to take 'em out to his favourite spot in the woods, feed him a primo cut of steak, and then go the style of Old Yeller when he isn't looking.
Then again, I'm more of a dog person than a computer technician.

I wish you could do GW2 spells in real life so I could cast Illusionary Wave on all this darn snow.

I live in Canada and unfortunately the 2 and a half foot blanket receives stability on chill. Need a lot more than an illusionary wave to clear my driveway. Either a Fire-Attunement Tempest or an Engineer with Flamethrower Kit should do the trick.

It wouldn't hurt to maybe switch your meta-game wolf to a Sylvari Hound to par with one of those new pets! Low CD AoE regen and Low CD knockdown!
I know I'm swapping my ranger to more supportive armor. I thinking Clerics with either Monk or Grove Runes.
I'll be keeping my zerker trinkets, however. Not prepared to lose that much damage :'D
