Greetings @bigolbooze, Your application has been processed and accepted. Welcome to the ESO RoH community! You've reached the Trial Member process! Trial Objectives Your trial membership lasts for two weeks and starts as soon and you join the in-game guild! There are seven objectives that you must complete during your 2-week trial period. The most important thing to remember is that this phase is for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us. 1. Follow these links to: Read our Code of Conduct and then /sign our Rules and Regulations thread. 2. Join the guild in-game. The guild invite will be sent to you and if you are not online when sent, it will be located in your notifications by pressing N on your keyboard 3. Join our Discord. Link your forum and discord account. This will give you permission to join the ROH discord. You can do this by clicking your name on the top right, going to Account Settings, and going to Discord on the left side. A more detailed guide can be found here: Linking Discord Guide Recommended: once in discord join the "notification-signup" channel (found under community) and signup for an ESO related notifications, this will give you access to all the ESO channels. 4. Set a Forum Avatar - click on your name on the top right and go to profile. Then click on profile picture on the top left. 5. Post an Introduction - You can do this in Discord under the eso-introductions channel 6. Participate in 2 in-game activities - Must be with you and 2 or more guild members (1 activity per day). An activity is anything you do in game such as a dungeon, delve, or overland content. Check out the eso-weekly-calendar channel for our scheduled events. Please update your application thread with who/what/when for these events. Otherwise we won't know you completed them. Bonus points for including screenshots. 7. Answer these questions as a reply to your application thread: What is the name of our High Elder (the leader of our entire Community)? What are the names of two of our Elder Council members (our community leaders)? What is the name of our ESO Division commander (our ESO guild leader)? In no less than one week but no more than two weeks, if you have completed the objectives above, you will begin the second step. Second Step: The ESO Recruitment Officer (RO) or an ESO Recruitment Assistant will reach out to setup a time to meet with you on Discord. This end of trial review will be recorded and provided to the ESO Officers and Division Commander (DC), allowing them to vote on your membership. You'll get an update on your progress after one week. If you haven't fulfilled the seven above-noted objectives within the two-week mark, your application may be declined. Please Note: Applicants who do not take initiative in completing their trial objectives or go MIA may be subject to an early dismissal. If there are extenuating circumstances preventing you from completing your Trial objectives, you may request an extension by contacting the ESO Recruitment Officer @Aralornx If your application is declined and you want to try again, you can reapply two weeks from the date your application was declined. Discord is our default platform, where general text and voice chat occurs. We use a dark mode color scheme with accessible colors for our low-vision and color-deficient members. Using light mode will render member names invisible. Discords serves as a server where we record Stage 3 Trial Interviews as well as host Community Meetings. We have integration from the forums to Discord so that it will automatically synchronize the permissions for your RoH rank. So please follow the instructions linked above to join! What does maturity mean to you and do you feel that you can remain civil even with the nastiest players in the game? i dont have the time or energy to engage with people that rage bait me. I just mute or block and separate myself from them. 5. If you could have any superpower what would it be and why? immortality i like life and don't really yearn for the urn 6. Have you been in other guilds before; on this game or any others? If so,what was your favorite and least favorite things about them? used to be a guild leader for eso on Xbox before i joined the military, i was also in a neverwinter guild that was my favorite had a very strong community i would constantly be contacted asking if i wanted to participate in raids there was always something to do. 7. What five adjectives, and 5 only, would you use to describe yourself? funny, intelligent, calm, dedicated, logical. 8. Have you ever held a leadership position in a gaming community? Would this be something you are interested in in the future? i have been a raid leader and guild master a few times though i have a lot to learn i would love to do so but i can also follow others 9. Aside from gaming, what is one activity you enjoy? And what is one activity you dislike? i like working out and i dislike going to beaches 10. What are your personal strengths and weaknesses as a person (not in game)? i have a issue with assuming things and not verifying leading me to make preventable mistakes, i hate drama and prefer to find resolutions as soon as possible, i am well spoken and articulate despite me being a introvert i can play with others but am just fine playing it solo, i am extremely open to criticism and don't get salty very easily. 11. Remnants of Hope houses players that enjoy all aspects of the game, Crafting, PVE, PVP, RP and Social. Which do you enjoy the most, and why? PVE and social aspect are what i play mmorpg's for to me that's the point i like the unspoken competition between people making them seek out improvement on their own by seeing players with more gold, achievements', gear and experience that's what keeps me playing 12. Any games you are excitedly waiting for? cant say im looking forward to any other games but i have played games since i was old enough to watch tv but my favorite is wow before cataclysm mainly TBC and WOTLK our my favorite because cthhun is awesome and so is arthas i have a displate in my room of arthas my favorite expansion because of the spectacle 14.
