Holy moly, I finished my Interview, we'll see how THAT goes!
I've been active and committed to the guild, but.. way to nervous at the interview.
And when I'm nervous, I can lose focus and stutter and have these moments where my memory just wipes clean so I'm quiet for a little *Gulps* Never have been good at interviews. And I think @Itsscience noticed a bit, if not a lot, of my nervousness!!! XD-
You did great!
We all get nervous -- including the interviewers. I've heard interviews both great and terrible, and yours is smack dab in the former category.

For the ascended weapons, save the useless ones! It's pretty cheap to change them in the mystic forge (10 spirit shards, 5 ectos, 1 relevant exotic inscription, and the original weapon). Get the weapon type you need, then change it in the forge.
Pretty decent haul!

Ugh, just made about 6 different builds for my Ranger with new stat combos....... I can't afford all this ascended stuff... Do I just wait for legendary armor and make do with my zerk in the meantime? >_<

Yeah, I'm really excited about the Leadership runes. It's going to take a lot of Dragon Stand though. -_- I'll post my PowerBoon build soon. It's PvE -oriented, but adaptable. I may use Commander's armor as well eventually.

Do you have Zojja's medium at the moment? If you have any ascended at all (even random drops), you can change the stats in the mystic forge. That would probably be the cheapest. Otherwise, go to SW and salvage blues and greens like there is no tomorrow, so you can make the daily Elonian / Damask and you'll likely get a crap ton of bloodstone, dragonite, and empyreal to make the crystals from SW as well.

Today is my personal holiday that I celebrate every year to mark when I first admitted to myself I was not straight. It has been 15 years now since that day, and I have lived to see gay marriage become legal and many prejudices (even ones I myself felt) dissipate. Finally. I think today, were I an eighth grader, I would have loved myself for it.

It's hard hating yourself for feelings you can't help. If young people today don't judge themselves - or even love themselves - for being LGBT, that is a victory.

Honestly, my biggest critique is... no buffs! Just healing. What about regeneration? ::confused face:: Or... like... protection? Retaliation?
Guardian gets a longbow and traps... ranger gets a staff and massive heals. I feel like they're bleeding together in a very confusing way!
