Hello! What a wonderful surprise to find this on here! I can't wait to stay accountable with all of you!
My activity level is pretty low - during the summer I'd bike 30 minutes home from work, but that was about it. I belong to a gym now, but I've only been going a couple days a week. I want to go at least 4-5 days a week. Its easy for me to make excuses as to why I don't have time or something. I want to lose 30+lbs, but its not just about the weight, I want to feel - and be! - healthy and attractive again.
Its also hard for me to say no to junk food. I sit almost all day in my office (despite having a sit/stand desk) and there's always chocolate/candy on the front desk. I try to bring healthy food from home, but one of my work friends is bad about it and always wants to go out to eat, which is nice because it gets me off my butt, I typically have to walk, and I stop staring at my screen for an hour. BUT I never get a salad or the "healthy" version wherever we go. I would love some motivation and accountability! Thanks friends!
