About Me
Hi there!
My name is Angel. I'm a military wife, and mother to one amazing little boy who is struggling with ADHD, and what we fear is going to be an Asperger's/Dyslexia diagnosis. I work full time at a tiny office for the family business, doing the bookkeeping and all of the other things, as well as being on-call 24/7 for emergencies. My husband is serving the US Army, which leaves me with my plate, and some of his whenever he's sent off somewhere, and not a whole lot of time for gaming--but since gaming and chilling with this awesome community is a huge source of uplift in my life, I try to squeeze as much time in as possible! Who needs sleep right? Laundry will keep...
My main interests in any MMO are RP, and then pretty things, whether that is housing or costumes, or titles/achievements/vanity mounts/pets. No MMO is much fun beyond the first few weeks of leveling and exploration without friends to play with, so naturally having an awesome group of friends to game with is a must! I just happened to find the best there is--so thanks ROH for giving me a home here with you!
I love to laugh! I can be very silly, and it's okay to laugh at me if not WITH me. It's a personal goal in life to have as much positive influence in the lives of those around me as possible, so I work hard to maintain an upbeat attitude--harder than you might think! Even struggling with anxiety and depression (Oh boy do I have some rough days and emotional roller coasters), I fight every day to keep an upbeat attitude and pass it on to those around me. Keeping that positive outlook, focusing on the things that can be changed for the better and working towards those goals, and hopefully finding an opportunity to brighten someone else's day and make a positive change for them however small, can make even the worst circumstances bearable and seem not so horrible after all. Besides, focusing on other people helps you forget about your own troubles and benefits everyone! Well except those people who are like...allergic to happiness--but you can't please everyone all the time, and while I try not to step on toes or offend anyone, I do appreciate when the same amount of courtesy is extended towards me in tolerance of my foibles and sometimes unladylike behavior, hahahaha!
