@Kitty Chelle I figured you'd be swamped getting moved, so if you'd like, I can help @MoistKumquat (if she's joining us) @Madhatter5510 and her hubby get characters generated or leveled up if you'd like. Just let me know if the new folks would be starting at level 1 or something higher.

During Eleneril's 180 days of downtime:

1. She brewed 6 kegs of really fantastic beer ( material cost 25 gp), kept 1 keg (42 pints) and sold the other 5 (total of 210 pints) (sell price 420 sp --2silver/pint since it's really good stuff!).

2. Cast Plant Growth on all her farmland, the farmlands of those who work her land, and the farmland of party members (enriches the land in a 1/2 mile radius of the point of casting, doubles crop yields for a year). She also took a side trip south to Jeffrey's waystation to cast it on his farmland because he and his wife had saved the party's butts. Also cast this on the farmlands of 10 farmers who were at risk for starvation (e.g. widows/widowers, other families who had severe injuries/illnesses and couldn't farm well or had poor harvests from other extenuating circumstances).

3. Bought some fine clothes and went out relaxing and partying on weekends with middle and upper class folks. She might or might not have met some very handsome elves with buff pecs and cute butts.

Question for @Kitty Chelle when you get a chance (no rush!) --do you charge a flat rate per level for replenishing supplies, spell components, repairs, and so forth? In my college group, rather than calculate up all the spell components or adventuring supplies like armor/weapon repair, candles, rations, and other camping consumables, which was ungodly tedious (it was AD&D after all), the DM just calculated a flat rate per level (it was some percentage of the loot we'd gotten at that level, but I can't remember the percent). The only time the DM made the spellcasters pay for a spell component was if it was exceedingly rare/expensive (although it looks like the PHB already accounts for some of that in 5e).

@emilybadger @Darth Gumby @Madhatter5510 I'm working on my list of spells for next week after we did our leveling up, so I wanted to know if you all wanted to coordinate on the spells selected to give the best balance/utility/etc. (particularly me and Emily since we can change ours at will once a day).

There is a gambit helper add-on which really helps with that so you don’t have to remember every single gambit.

My day times are quite free since I'm essentially retired. Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays are free before 9:30 pm Eastern for RP. I generally am free on Saturdays all day, but I can't commit on weekends since family likes to do things together. Let me know if you all want to get together at a certain time or day that works around your schedules and I'll be happy to join you all.

I like this idea--slayer deeds can be really tedious, but doing them as a group makes them a whole lot more fun, especially in the creepy Barrows.

Check out here and a spreadsheet here and this video (a bit older) for farming LOTRO points efficiently. A friend of mine in another guild plays the game spending no money at all.

See also Cheap Punk for discounted expansions. He's legit, he's not a gold seller, and I bought codes from him with no problem last year. You do need to follow his instructions and keep in mind that purchases are not immediate. It takes several days for him to complete the order. The wait was well worth it for the price.

I'd be up for this, and I really like your plan, @Koro. I have my highest toons on Brandywine, but I've never had anyone there I could quest with at the levels I was at (except @Chelly ), and my toons aren't high enough level to do the end-game raids unless I token them up another 10 levels or so. The game makes it super-easy to level now.

I'd just love to be able to play the game semi-regularly _with_ people. It seems I'm always either alone, or not able to play regularly with others, or 25 levels behind everyone else.

Ok @Kitty Chelle I think I have the sheet mostly set. I put it in the google drive folder with Mad’s.

I know @Kitty Chelle has another form that is even better but here's a start for mine.

I've played AD&D/2e, 3.5e, and now 5e. I've done homebrew. I haven't done Adventurer's League but I don't mind learning.

We’re on Landroval, although I have a lot of toons on Brandywine. I haven’t been playing regularly lately, however.

There should be something on the Lotro wiki about which expansions give what items. I don’t know otherwise.

OK, for the Tricks or treat sampling quest-- Baingrove housing instance in the Bree homesteads on the Brandywine server has all 6 doormats for gathering treats. If you go to Garden street and go to the homes around the water, you'll hit all 6 eventually.

And if you want to rename your new black cat, the command is /cpet rename <new name>

It definitely took awhile. Fortunately, I was unpacking boxes and working on an RP post to keep myself busy.
