  6. Your physical and mental is super important. If you feel you need to make a private discord to do that Noone will have a problem with that.

  8. I don't really like to rest at all. I'll just switch what I'm doing if I'm really sore one day. It's kind of up to you. Not everyone is the same. I don't even give myself the choice. Working out is just something I have to do. I don't give myself excuses to not work out. I really do believe exercise builds mental toughness and willpower more than it does your body. I have almost been in your shoes. I have been 50 lbs overweight. It was grueling but I just forced myself to work out I just ignored the pain. I would shame myself to work harder eat less. Speaking of eating. You drink almost exclusively water thats really good and important. If you want to loose a ton of weight stop eating potatoes and spaghetti. I still eat bread occasionally. I am on very low carb no sugar not quite keto though. Its up to you to find out what works for you. Something you might consider to help with the first 10 to 20 lbs is just speed walk for an hour a day. Then you can start really pushing yourself. I do think its very important to do something every day. Make it a habit like I said earlier look at it as something you just have to do. Build that up in your mind. It will SUCK for a good month. It will be worth it though. I promise.

  10. Working out is definitely harder mentally than physically. I'm down. No matter how bad you feel just do it. Once you get used to working out everyday you start to love the way it makes you feel. You just feel better after a hard workout. I don't have a ton of free time either. If you run as much as you can in an hour, keeping that heart rate high you will burn a ton of calories and feel great afterwards. I want to add this you may think you can't run too out of shape joint problems etc. This is hard to accept you might just be mentally weak its hard to overcome but if you can you will be amazed at what you can do. Now if physically you can't run that long biking is way easier on the joints. Biking can be a extremely high intensity work out you have to push yourself mentally though. When you 1st start exercising you will be super sore for at least 4 days but just push yourself exercise everyday even when your sore. You will stop getting sore if you stick to it. I will say there are easier ways to get in shape I try to toughen my mind and body at same time. So this may be a bit too brutal for some people. It works though. I went from a chunky kid to pretty good athlete to chunky and back to athlete and this is how I was taught and its worked extremely fast for me.
