I think I'm stuck in a time loop, this day at work won't end. Send help.

Sorry for any delays in responding to SWTOR RP posts. I have a close friend in the hospital. I'll be the checking forums but may be slow. I'm looking forward to getting things going in SWTOR RP

I lost my younger brother Sunday evening. I share this to let those who care know why I am a bit slow to respond or extra quiet this week.
For those being petty and mean to others..... Just stop...it is not cute or witty, it just shows poor character.

So sorry for your loss Words never seem adequate.

I don't normally like these but I found most of the images to be chuckleworthy.

Bahhh... dead hard drive. Granted at least it wasn't the main drive, but... it housed all games. New hard drive comes tomorrow then the patching will begin. At least it was a nice upgrade to a 1TB drive.

Sorry I wasn't around last evening. Internet hiccuped late afternoon and gave out so was without internet a few hours. Wasn't any of my home internet equipment but rather from the ISP source itself. They ran into problems so many customers were affected.

Feeling lost and broken right now.

So sorry to here. I lost a beloved friend, my dog Bastian to cancer. Life seems horribly unfair in these moments. If you need to talk, or someone to listen, message me. Sounds like there are many here who care about you and offer the same.

I finished getting my first character to level 20 in SWTOR, but I've since quickly made my decision: I can't play this game.
Bouncing between MMO's has done things to my experience - and one of those is interest. GW2 (my home game) gives you things to be interested in and lets your interest run wild. You can (pretty much) do anything you want when you reach level 80 and even at level 1 you have oodles of things to do at no further expense.
SWTOR, on the other hand, backhands me with its Subscriber glove more times than I'd enjoy. I'm no rich man (yet), so subscriptions in MMO's are one of my deal killers. Your game requires a subscription? There goes 75% of my interest in your game. Your game locks out basic gameplay functions and features behind your subscription? There goes another 20% of my interest.
I really want to love SWTOR again because it's Bioware! The story is like a velvety chocolate cake that's just dripping with opportunity, but its aftertaste is sour and keeps growing on me after each bite.

Had a fantastic job interview on Monday. Waiting, waiting, waiting... So far an average of 5 resumes a day have gone out, looking for the elusive editor/writer job with growth opportunities. Bring it!
