    I saw your sleep question and I have a really weird suggestion. When I can’t sleep I play the game Plague Inc and  I have the auto pop bubbles mutation. 

     

    Since I always infect the entire world before making symptoms it’s just me staring at a game playing itself for a long while. I’m not thinking about whatever was keeping me up and I’m usually asleep before my virus (named Trump) makes it to Madagascar. 😋
