    Hey @Merliah — I’m a new Imperial Trial Member. I am on my first character right now — Mephistøphelés — who is a Sith Assassin. I’ve been flipping back and forth between the Deception & Darkness spec. Dethvox said both are good for PVP — I was wondering if you had any opinion on which discipline would better serve my new  Imperial brethren?

      I’m not Merliah but I can help answer that question. As a new player, going Deception would be the wiser choice as DPS is just fairly more easier to get into than tanking. In PvP, I’d still recommend Deception. Now, if you enjoy tanking, feel free to tank but as a first class, DPS would be a better option.

      @Neo thanks for the input! I did a re-spec last night to Deception using the PVE guide by Zak as reference. I also found a PVP guide by Kre'a that seemed pretty good so I saved that for later :)
