Did you check your RAM chips? If you have more than 1 take them out and start inserting them 1 by 1 and starting to boot your PC after every insert. If it won't start up after you insert the chip then take it out and insert others. Also, is there any beeping noise your PC makes during boot up or restart?

Nope no beeping yet.
And no did not check Ram. I will do that tonight if don't take it in to get fixed. Thank you for the help and advice guys. This has given me a headache for two weeks.

As someone who has been going through the death of his own pc, I can truly feel your pain. Hope you get your troubles worked out. For me, I pretty much am taking Zeddy's advice. My long delayed new pc arrives Wednesday, and then this one is "meeting the maker" so to speak.
