Earlier this year, I wanted to die. I wanted to end my life cause a major piece of mine had been taken. What's life worth living when half of your family dies? How do you carry on? I had no clue, nor did I wanna know. I was ready to take the cowards way out and take my life with no regrets. I'd leave everything I built, loved, and enjoyed to silence the pain. But, I had someone make me realize, cowards way out always isnt the best idea. Broken things sometimes arent worth throwing away. I started getting help, I reached out to friends and found support under the burden dropped on my shoulders. The picture says it all. I chose to keep going despite being broken.

With 2016 coming to a close, i just wanna say. All of you.....have been a MAJOR.......MAAAJOR mood booster for me. This year has been rough for me mentally, and physically. But the undying support from everyone to keep me going has been amazing. And now as I start my weight loss journey (20 days later i'm saying this).....i feel even better about doing this. Confident i'll drop the weight and be back to fighting fire's in a few years. People come and go, friends will to, But family is eternal...and i'm proud to say I have an amazing internet family here in RoH.

Sitting here just kind of head in my hands. Got one friend whose grandmother is dieing, another one whose got a possible heart problem. Old man's not doing to hot mentally or physically. Thought 2018 was gonna be a better year, yeah..so far, it's become total shit.
