    Bahhh... dead hard drive. Granted at least it wasn't the main drive, but... it housed all games. New hard drive comes tomorrow then the patching will begin. At least it was a nice upgrade to a 1TB drive.

      Thanks! back up and running now. For the meantime. I have a suspicion the Motherboard is going too. time to replace it for good measure.
