After troubleshooting, applying fixes, time to re-install SWTOR. I should be around tomorrow.
With my slow connection, takes forever to patch.

Hey folks, ever fear, I'm still here! Between work, a 2 plus day internet outage and asthma, I've been absent from game and TS. But you can't get rid of me that easy!
I'm pleased to report Internet is back. Asthma still sucks, but vacation is coming. Which is much better than Winter is coming... maybe...

Welp, epic windows failure. Presently recovering/reinstalling etc. If everything goes right, I might be online later. Just need it all up for work tomorrow morning. Heck of a time for my work laptop to die as well. That’s sort with IT.

Not at present. I keep all games on a separate drive. Just recovering the windows drive.

That was by far the best windows restore I've ever experienced. Granted still working through setup, but I'll take it. Corrupted registry.

I should be back to gaming by the end of July/early August. I've been watching for Heart of Darkness story updates. Moving again soon, getting settled before my son's freshman year at High School. I've been putting a lot of work hours in, along with finding the right rental. Hope everyone is having a great summer.

Bahhh... dead hard drive. Granted at least it wasn't the main drive, but... it housed all games. New hard drive comes tomorrow then the patching will begin. At least it was a nice upgrade to a 1TB drive.

Big thanks to @Scoobs!!! He let me know my Wow account was logged in and not responsive and yep, hacked. I really appreciate that Scoobs took the time to not only message me here but to send me an email about the issue. It's those actions that make ROH a great place to be!

My fault not having an auth on the account. I have one now along with SMS alert. The hacker locked out my account with an auth. Got a new phone and didn't set it back up for Wow. Not a mistake I'm going to repeat.
Blizz restored the account, 110k in gold and many many items. They also sorted out quite a few transactions that fortunately didn't hit my bank account, including subscription time for another account.

I know the experience wasn't fun, but it might be a great example to share with people to remind them to update their authenticators and 2-factor authentication.
