Since there's so many SWTOR applicants, this status update is for all of you at once. A warm welcome to RoH!

One big advantage to RoH is the multiple games: not just SWTOR, but Elder Scrolls Online, World of Warcraft, and (my favorite) Guild Wars 2.
And no going on Trial again!
Once you're a full member, just contact an officer in another game and get an invite. Welcome all!

but you can't try the other games while a trial its a rule so finish your trial and then try the other games sorry thats the rule

You can play the other gams just not be in Roh in the games tell u pass your SWTOR trials and become a full member

I finished getting my first character to level 20 in SWTOR, but I've since quickly made my decision: I can't play this game.
Bouncing between MMO's has done things to my experience - and one of those is interest. GW2 (my home game) gives you things to be interested in and lets your interest run wild. You can (pretty much) do anything you want when you reach level 80 and even at level 1 you have oodles of things to do at no further expense.
SWTOR, on the other hand, backhands me with its Subscriber glove more times than I'd enjoy. I'm no rich man (yet), so subscriptions in MMO's are one of my deal killers. Your game requires a subscription? There goes 75% of my interest in your game. Your game locks out basic gameplay functions and features behind your subscription? There goes another 20% of my interest.
I really want to love SWTOR again because it's Bioware! The story is like a velvety chocolate cake that's just dripping with opportunity, but its aftertaste is sour and keeps growing on me after each bite.

Gonna be relatively unavailable for the weekend; heading out to the DMV to get my official California ID card so I can do official things officially. I'll still be checking out the forums, but I'll admittedly miss RP night.

I want to personally thank everyone that has been contributing to the community in the past 24 hours. I can promise you that everybody that has been working around the clock today is unfathomably thankful for your understanding and support. This is just a road bump and our car may have gotten a bit dinged in the process, but it's still chugging along

It's hard not to when You know that the community is deep rooted. Things like this just seem to have a habit of bringing out unknown energy and charisma. I'm not even a full member yet and I just want to fight to keep the gears going.
