Happy birthday, Founder!  Sometimes I think RoH is too nice for its own good, but time has told. 

Just wanted to reach out to  my RoH family and firstly, thank you all for being who you are and what you mean to me.  At this point in my life, I'm not able to play games with you all, but I still check in to see how things are.  

Secondly, a special "Thank You" to all of our leadership folks, past and present, that put their blood, sweat and tears into keeping us great.  From our founders like @Telana all the way down to our newest recruit, through thick and thin, good times and bad - we are ONE and I am very grateful and proud to be apart of this community.

My sister with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer has been struggling through the past month with pneumonia. They now believe the fluid is cancerous as well. Meanwhile my other sis admitted herself to the psych ward last night. Could use some good vibes

Greetings all! I'm not only new to this guild, but this is the first guild I've ever been a part of! I actually enjoy the application process and love the friendly atmosphere I get from this guild. I have one younger brother. I'm married with four amazing kids. One soon to be an adult. I worked retail for many years, then I was a correctional officer at a prison, and I retired from the army due to medical reasons after serving for nearly 7 years. The first game I played was mario on the nintendo. I've seen the transformation of the gaming industry and how much it went from an individual basis to a community activity. For many, gaming is an outlet. It's also used to connect with others. For the last year I gave up on gaming all together. My brother talked to me about Guild Wars 2 and I tried it out. I fell in love with the game and it opened me up to wanting to be part of the gaming community and this guild. I love anime, art, gaming and spending time with family.  I've seen many dark things in this world but what we do have control over is the way we treat other people. I do my best to respect others and their opinions because their thoughts and feelings do matter.  I feel that in this guild there's a lot of that. I hold two degrees and am working on a third. I have four dogs and I love pizza and steak (medium rare). If there is anything else anyone would like to know about me please comment and I'll be completely honest and transparent. Thanks peeps!!!

Hello to my Tamriel Family!

It's been far too long since I checked in and I do apologize; I realize I might just be the inkling of a memory now, but I still wanted to say hello once more.

What a whirlwind year!

I had intended to leave only for a few months, hoping my 1st trimester symptoms would see their end. Unfortunately, though I had a healthy baby growing the result was a fairly incapacitated Mama-to-be! My nausea, severe food aversions, and stomach troubles followed me all the way into the 3rd trimester where they then were replaced by SEVERE carpal tunnel (which hasn't completely subsided even now).  In addition, my short torso caused my steadily growing little one to constantly dislocate my right ribs and put pressure on the intercostal nerve there (a foot sometimes added extra oomph the pain to boot!). Sadly, gaming was almost impossible as it would cause motion-sickness and then was just too painful with the numbness in my hands and  the abdominal nerve pain.  My little one decided to add the icing to the cake by presenting an arm through my cervix at birth, which resulted in a mandatory C-section. I'm grateful to say that I've healed decently well postpartum and I have a healthy baby girl!

Amelia "Mia," was born Thursday, September 5th @ 8:04pm.

It's hard to believe it's been over 3 months since then. She has grown and changed so much in such a short amount of time!

I hope this finds you all well. I've missed playing with you all in Tamriel and hope (baby willing lol) I'll be able to join you in Elsweyr!

Was unexpectedly gone for a couple months. Hope to be able to participate more from here on out. Especially with school coming up in august, I'm gonna need ESO to destress from time to time.

OMG I can't believe I forgot to celebrate my 1 year anniversary with RoH! Thank you for such an awesome year everyone!
